Module 7 – Working in Civic Education
Module 7 of the Qualifications Programme was successfully completed on the 3rd and 4th of February. This session exposed participants to the work of civic education and the potential opportunities that may be available to them in this field.
On Saturday, the 3rd of February, Education Programme Managers Marcus Rebitschek and Dr. Frank König introduced participants to their projects and shared with them some insights into their works on International Youth Work and workshops organized for the youth on historical and political education. Seth Collins Adjei also also shared with the participants the importance of eye contact as well as some of his body language tips which are important during seminar moderation.
Along with identifying some local and national organizations that support civic education, Eric Wrasse and the participants on Sunday, February 4th explored potential job opportunities available to them in the field of civic education as part of this Qualifications Programme.
