The modern atmosphere, architectural elegance and convenient downtown location make the Reithaus an ideal meeting place in Weimar and Thuringia. The building is situated at the heart of the Park on the Ilm designed by Goethe and faces the City Castle and Herzogin Anna Amalia Bibliothek (HAAB). Like Weimar itself, the Reithaus looks back on a long and illustrious history.
The large event room on the ground floor offers:
- 280 m2 floorspace, 6 m high with a gallery encircling the room. Depending on the seating arrangement, the Reithaus hall can provide seating for 100 to 180 persons.
- 3 smaller group meeting rooms with space for up 30 persons each
- presentation equipment, theatre and stage lighting
- free Wi-Fi
- handicapped access for users of wheelchairs, walkers and children’s strollers
- available parking at the Platz der Demokratie and the parking garage at Beethovenplatz

The Reithaus is not affiliated with any catering company. You are free to choose your preferred caterer for your event.
To make your event truly unforgettable and capture the most touching moments, we can recommend the services of the photographer Thomas Abé (https://www.abe-thomas.de/). The gorgeous scenery of the Park on the Ilm offers numerous picture-perfect settings for your photo shoot during the celebration.
