WERTzeugtasche goes international: Conclusion of the cooperation project in Cyprus

Since the conclusion of the federal model project »Developing Democratic Competences in Discourse«, the VALUE Tool Bag developed at the EJBW has been used in a large number of seminars, training courses and workshops throughout Germany.

What the EJBW team hardly expected 10 years ago, however, is a change, expansion, modernisation and translation of the WERTzeugtasche both in terms of content, but also target groups (kindergarten, primary school, teachers, young people of all ages, students) and different social contexts in Romania, Cyprus and Germany. This is exactly what has happened in the last 12 months under the title »Beacon of Values«:

after a joint training in Weimar, the revision and further development of the materials on »values communication«, a series of workshops, seminars and other events took place in Cyprus, Romania and Germany. Now, for the time being, the project has been concluded with an evaluation meeting in Cyprus.

Our thanks go to all participants, the project partners from Cyprus and Romania, especially Panayiotis Theodorou & Eleonora Chrysanthi (Politistiko Ergastiri, project coordination), Corina Pintea & Diana Bobis (Provobis), but also to Christian-Friedrich Lohe (EJBW), who as co-developer of the WERTzeugtasche tirelessly contributed to explaining the materials to our international partners, was always available to answer questions and supported the further development of the material.
