International Training “4Z. Between us – Learning as a relational practice” – Closing in Weimar
From July 13–19, the final session of the international training »4Z. Between us – Learning as a relational practice« took place in Weimar.
The training focused on the question of how learning can be understood and shaped as a deeply interpersonal process.
Starting from the assumption that learning does not happen in isolation, but arises through exchange with others, the participants engaged intensively with relationships as a central space for development, meaning, and transformation. In doing so, both individual influences—such as values, needs, and experiences—and their impact on learning and teaching processes were reflected upon.
The project series will be concluded in spring and summer 2027 with the module »Culture of observation & Evaluation for change.«
