„ToT-Ally Diverse“ in Hondarribia, Spanien
From April 24 to 30, 2026, the second event of the training series »ToT-Ally Diverse – A long-term Training of Trainers with diverse abilities 2025–2026« took place in Hondarribia, Spain. Building on the first residential meeting in Weimar and the online phase, the focus was on further developing participants’ competences as trainers in non-formal education.
Working in self-organized teams, participants designed and facilitated two training days, putting previous learning directly into practice.
Special attention was given to inclusive learning approaches, universal design, accessible communication, and individualized support. The project aims to strengthen the participation and visibility of trainers with diverse abilities in the European youth field.
The seminar was marked by participant ownership, intensive exchange, and practical learning. Its outcomes will feed into the online reflection phase and the final meeting in Slovenia in autumn 2026.
