Solidarity in motion – image theatre workshop
Previous knowledge: neither prior experiece nor »talent« needed
Background
Following the motto: Don’t only tell us what you think, but also show us what you mean, in this workshop we explore how our bodies always communicate and how we can use it to express also non-verbally what matters to us.
Procedure
Starting with our everyday experiences as individuals we explore the meanings of solidarity and peace within the group. Can we find connections between us? How does it feel to get connected? How does it look like and feels to take care of each other while moving through a certain space? Let’s bring solidarity in motion! How can we use our creativity and bodily expression in ordner to understand and analyze, whats going on in society?
Aims
Note: We wont work on a play, instead we use the power of theater and our bodies to get creative, to move, make sounds…whatever feels good and seems interesting to research on!
