Learning is Anything but Boring! How can we make Learning and Teaching Engaging and Sustainable?

Background
We can rediscover learning for ourselves, because we are all born eager to learn. If we discover the curiosity in the people we accompany, we can also adapt the form of our teaching to their learning needs.
Procedure
Based on a reflection of our own learning, we will explore what is needed for open learning-centered education and how it can be designed.
Objective
The aim is to look at educational practices from the outside and to take a fresh look at learning and teaching. The focus should be shifted away from the teacher at the center (output orientation) towards a subject and needs orientation.
Notes
- The »How to Design a Workshop?« course is available as an optional advanced course.
- The format, duration and specific focus will be adapted to the target group and objectives after consultation.
- The workshop can be held in German or English and can also be requested as an online offer.
- All educational programs can be compiled into project weeks or training courses.
