Intersectional Organizational Development
Time required: Introduction 2–6 hours; intensive work over several seminar days
Target Audience: Managers, HR and organizational development professionals, diversity officers, activists and anyone who wants to work on promoting an anti-discriminatory and inclusive culture in organizations.
Objectives
In this workshop we will look at concepts of intersectional and anti-discriminatory organizational development. The aim is to give participants an understanding of the intersections of diversity, power, discrimination and identity and to familiarize them with practical methods for implementing an anti-discriminatory organizational culture. Together, we will explore how organizations can design their structures, processes, and work environments to recognize and promote diversity, reduce existing inequalities, and enable inclusive collaboration. We focus specifically on your own organization and needs.
