Background
When we organize events »for everyone«, who do we mean? Who feels addressed? Who is (unconsciously) excluded?
Objective
In this workshop we will look at how we can really reach more people, break down barriers, protect marginalized people and communicate better. This workshop provides an introduction to awareness teams but takes a comprehensive look at events.
Note
- The workshop can be held in English and/or German.
- The workshop can (but does not have to!) lead to concrete support in the conception and implementation of an event. It is also possible to take over the organization of the event.
- Awareness Team training is available as a stand-alone course.
