Creating Free and Safe Learning Environments: Educator/Facilitator/Workshop Leader Training
Time required: 5 hours to 10 days (intensive and extended training programs with different focus are also available)
Target group: (Prospective) multipliers, specialists in school and extracurricular education, (prospective) lecturer and teachers
Background
- To get to know learning practices of free, non-formal and experimental learning
- to design and maintain safe learning environments
- to examine one’s own pedagogical attitude and understanding of teachers and learners
- to learn moderation techniques of learning support/free learning
- to conceptualize educational formats in a target group oriented approach
Notes
- The format, timeframe and specific focus will be adapted to the target group and objectives after consultation. Depending on the assignment, this training can be adapted to the specific objectives. Parts can be offered in smaller units, but we are also happy to create a specific training program for several days or weeks.
- Training Languages offered: Training is offered in English or German and can be bilingual.
