Background
Even if diversity and anti-discrimination are made a topic, education does not look at itself enough from these aspects: is the education as I design it anti-discriminatory and inclusive?
Procedure
In an interactive exchange and on the basis of many years of experience in working with different experiences of discrimination, we will look at how education (seminars, workshops, courses, classes, etc.) can approach the claim of a discrimination-critical and inclusive event.
Aims
To rethink calls for participation of educational programs, learning settings, positions, room design, languages and content in the aspect of inclusiveness and anti-discrimination.
Please note
- The format, the time frame and the specific focus will be adapted to the target group and objectives after consultation.
- The workshop can be held in German or English and can also be requested as an online offer.
- All educational programs can be compiled into project weeks.
