Background
Most people are familiar with democracy as a political form. But how do we actually live democracy on an interpersonal level? Is it possible to practise democracy?
Aims
Experiencing (democratic) group and negotiation processes under professional supervision; learning approaches to decision-making.
Procedure
In this workshop we will use experiential exercises to experience and reflect on group dynamics, cooperation and negotiation processes. We will also try out, experiment with and philosophise about different approaches to decision-making.
