Background
We are not born with democracy, we have to learn it. It is not just a matter of teaching children and young people about the democratic political system and their rights, but much is conveyed through (decision-making) processes, the understanding of roles, structures and the form of education.
Objective
The aim of the workshop is to explore different ways in which education and decision-making processes can be implemented democratically and how democracy education can be implemented through democratic education.

- The format, the time frame and the specific focus will be adapted to the target group and objectives after consultation.
- The workshop can be held in German or English and can also be requested as an online offer.+ The educational programs can be compiled into project weeks.
