Sina Stolp

Sina Stolp studied Media Art (B.f.A.) at the Bauhaus University Weimar. In her artistic work, she deals with socio-political issues and negotiates these in the form of multimedia techniques.

Through her preoccupation with the question of how art can contribute to social change, Sina came to political education work in order to combine her interests. She has been working as a team leader since 2022.
Based on initial teaching experience in the field of art, as well as knowledge of theater pedagogy, she likes to use methods in her workshops that allow participants creative approaches to the workshop topics.

By using multimedia tools (sound & video recordings) and forms of (auto)biographical writing & storytelling, but also by using the public space and practical theater exercises, the participants can work on the topics artistically and at the same time get to know creative forms of expression.

In addition to a creative approach, it is important to Sina to incorporate the experiences and knowledge of the participants, but also to work with the history of the region in a site-specific way. This can take the form of audio walks, city walks or performances, for example.

Sina works on the following topics:

She lives in Leipzig and Weimar and can work nationwide. Workshops and project days can be held in German, English and Spanish. Both in presence on site and digitally.
