Alexandra Sophia Daut is an art teacher and aspiring media artist/designer. She came to civic education through the birth of her daughter. Since then, she has been intensively involved with various political issues, especially racism and feminist topics. She deals with her own experiences as a woman and being »white«. But aspects of parenting, single parenthood and adultism have also played a role in her life since then.
Her passion is to be artistically and creatively active in various forms of expression.
Alexandra Sophia Daut offers workshops on the following topics: Critical whiteness, anti-racism work, empowerment for children and young people through creativity, exchange and support for and with single parents.
Her pedagogical approach is to emphatically accompany a process that has been set in motion and to enter into an exchange with one another. She uses artistic methods to find a way and a language to reflect, understand and connect with each other.
Alexandra Sophia Daut offers her workshops in German and English and works in Thuringia.
