Wissam Malab is currently studying for a Master’s degree in political science at Erfurt University. He previously studied law at the University of Damascus. The fact that he himself is affected by human rights violations has strengthened his motivation to become even more politically active.
In 2018, he completed the train-the-trainer programme at the EJBW and has since taken part in training courses at various political organizations, as well as leading several workshops in the field of political education as a freelance trainer.
Wissam’s workshops deal with a variety of human rights issues: Discrimination (with different focuses such as racism, sexism, ….), refuge and diversity. His workshops are structured using interactive methods that allow participants to reflect on their own environment and provide a variety of opportunities to become active and exchange ideas. The workshop content can be redesigned depending on your wishes and needs.
