Maximilian Franz studied »Political Science« and »Philosophy« in Lüneburg and Ankara, with a focus on political theory, political philosophy and the history of ideas.
His path into civic education began with his participation in a voluntary service abroad. He always felt comfortable with the educational formats he experienced there. And this led to his desire to be able to guide people through this special form of learning process himself.
What are his pedagogical approaches? For Maximilian, it is important to understand education as a joint process of negotiating what is true for us. It is not only important to deal with knowledge, but also with our personal history and our own positioning.
