Edisona Franca

Edisona is a qualified (MSc) agro economist, skillful in non-governmental organization project management. Over the span of more than five years of activism in her home country, Kosovo, she implemented projects centered on fostering sustainability and community empowerment. Her work went beyond borders through regional cooperation with other Western Balkan countries, developing and promoting gender equality strategies across borders.

In her continuous endeavor to combat gender-based discrimination and advance the green transition within the non-formal education sector, she recognized the need to work in a more diverse setting, which led her to move to Germany.

Since her activism on sustainable development started, she was drawn to human rights and social justice, thus she is deeply interested to the interconnectedness of sustainability and women’s empowerment, recognizing them as fundamental pillars for building a more equitable and resilient world. Her expertise covers sustainable development, climate change & resilience, permaculture design, women leadership and empowerment.

Edisona thrives in environments that foster interpersonal interactions growth, challenge her to expand her horizons, and provide opportunities for meaningful connections with others in multifaceted ways.

Edisona gives trainings throughout Europe in the English language.
