Number of participants: 8 – 20 people

Background
Driven by a desire for a healthy planet, many are ready to change their lifestyles, giving the environment a fighting chance. But where do they start?
Building on this positive energy, this workshop launches an action-oriented awareness campaign on sustainable and plastic-free fashion. The participants will be equipped with knowledge and tools to make informed choices, transforming them from concerned observers into active changemakers.
Aims
- Empowering Young Minds: Shifting the Fashion Paradigm
- Knowledge is Power: Participants will gain a deep understanding of fast fashion’s impact, including its inherent microplastic problem. This awareness will pave the way for informed choices.
- Actionable Alternatives: They will develop practical, attractive alternatives to their current buying habits. These solutions will fit within their lifestyles and daily routines, making sustainable choices seamless.
- Attitude Shift, Ripple Effect: Young people will cultivate a critical perspective toward the ever-accelerating fast fashion culture. This newfound awareness will empower them to influence their peers and advocate for change.
Even small shifts in individual attitudes and buying behaviors can snowball into a monumental positive impact on the future of fashion. While we acknowledge that single-handedly saving the world requires more, we firmly believe that educating and empowering the next generation is a powerful catalyst for societal change.
Notes
The workshop can be booked in English and Farsi.
