Basic training in diversity and sensitivity to discrimination

Time required: 4 to 10 hours
Background
The workshop aims to impart knowledge, skills and an attitude of sensitivity to discrimination. It can be adapted to a wide variety of fields: School, administration, association etc. In terms of methodology, it generally uses games and exercises, group reflection, individual work, role play and theatre.
Objectives
- Develop knowledge and models: What is discrimination?
- Gain competence: How can I myself act in a discrimination-sensitive and critical way in my field?
- Reflect on the question: What attitude do I need to be sensitive to discrimination?
