Background & Procedure
The workshop uses the trainer’s own biography to work out the causes of flight to Germany. This builds on the participants’ existing knowledge. The topic of causes of refuge is approached and reflected upon interactively and with movement.
The speaker shares his personal experiences, reasons and circumstances, as well as the journey from Syria to Germany and the arrival in a place that was unknown at the time, vividly and with anecdotes.
Finally, the workshop offers the opportunity to discuss possible courses of action.
