Background
Awareness work as an anti-discrimination concept can now be found in many places. As low-threshold as it should be, it sometimes happens carelessly or dangerously. The workshop aims to create a basis for awareness work.
Procedure
The workshop centres on concrete know-how, reflection and the development of an anti-discriminatory, intersectional attitude. The focus is on awareness in cultural work, but can be adapted to other areas.
Objective
- Understand the concept of awareness work
- Develop and discuss fields of action
- Reflect on own social position against the background of awareness work
- Develop a discrimination-sensitive attitude in cultural work
