Target group: 18 years and above
Participants: 30 migrants’ students
Duration: 2– 3hrs
Background
In recent years, Germany has seen a significant influx of migrants seeking refuge and better opportunities. However, many of these individuals face challenges when it comes to learning the necessary skills for success in the 21st century workforce.
Procedure
This workshop will explore the competence and incompetence, use the conscious and unconscious abilities in empowering participants skills learning that meets the demands of 21st century job market. This is aimed at benefiting both the individuals and the host country.
Aims
Provide Capacity building on their skills or talents to be productive in our competitive environment.
